RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK

One of the most important factors in choosing a place to live is the length of the commute. Davis Park is located in the heart of Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. So, if you work in RTP, you have virtually no commute at all. And because we're just a matter of minutes from Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, we may actually be the most convenient location in the Triangle region. So, instead of spending an inordinate amount of time every day in your car, you spend more time with your friends. Or trying out a new bike. Or catching up on your reading.

But convenience, of course, isn't the only factor that plays into your decision. There are career opportunities to consider. Social life. What the region is like. And more.

But don't take our word for it.

Consider what national magazines have to say about the cities surrounding Davis Park:

#2 "Hot Cities for Entrepreneurs" (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) by Entrepreneur, 2006
#4 "Best Places to Live" (Raleigh) by Money, 2006
#2 "Best Places for Business and Careers" (Raleigh-Durham) by Forbes, 2005
#4 "City That Rocks" (Raleigh) by Esquire Magazine, April 2004
#6 "Most Fun City" (Raleigh) by Cranium, Inc. (a board game company) survey, January 2004
#9 "Best Places for Singles" (Raleigh-Durham) by Forbes, 2003

Stimulating. Rewarding. Fun. Convenient. Sophisticated. Urban. Hip. Cool. And no commute. The only question remaining is ... does it get any better than this?
